Food Food and more Food!

I like to cook easy things like fruit salad, sandwiches, and quesadillas. This is a recipe for my version of fruit salad. The ingredients are 1 small or big banana, 1 small apple, 1 of any kind of fruit you want, 1 peach, 20 blueberries, and some green and or purple grapes. First you take all the fruit and wash it. Then you want to cut up all of the fruit except the blueberries and grapes. It does not matter how you cut it. After that take the 3 largest fruits and toss them in the bowl. Next you want to take the remaining fruit and toss that in the bowl and you have made Mom Jr.'s version of fruit salad. Tonight we are having taco salads I bet that my mom will talk about it in her food blog! For breakfast I like to have waffles and french toast. So I have a breakfast recipe it has nothing to do with french toast and waffles. I call it Egg Breakfast. The items you need for it are 2 eggs,1 pinch of pepper and salt, 1 small tortilla, butter or non stick spray, (maybe) some beans, and any drink you want I have orange juice. First you smear the butter or spray the nonstick spray on the pan. After that crack 1 of the eggs. Scramble them then let the eggs sit while you sprinkle the salt and pepper on the egg. Scramble a little bit then put the egg on the plate. After that you start to warm up the tortilla, flip it a couple times once it is soft you put it on top of the eggs to keep the eggs warm. After that you start to warm up the beans or cook them. Next you cook the last egg without the salt and pepper. After you are done with the egg you put it on the plate. Then you have made the Egg Breakfast!!! Ok this is the last recipe for the day it is my version of Fruit Parfait. You need 1 6 ounce container of vanilla yogurt, some granola (I used smashed frosted mini wheats), and at least 2 handfuls of blueberries. First you put at least half of the yogurt in a tallish cup. After that take one of the handfuls of blueberries and put them on top of the yogurt. Next sprinkle the granola or frosted mini wheats and sprinkle that on top of the blueberries. Then repeat the steps again. When your done with that you have made Mom Jr.'s version of Fruit Parfait!!

Keep Cooking and Good Luck to Girls Like Me!!!!
